Stayed in June 2010 for 5 nights.Would have changed locations but the city was booked up - we even were looking for other paces where we would have paid more than double. Anyhow: the bathroom and kitchenette area seemed to be clean. The carpet looked not so clean - but vacuumed, at least. The beds felt like they had spent the better part of their life at a summer camp. Old window air conditioners were noisy. That all said, it is super inexpensive, in a decently safe part of town - which is a really interesting part of the city (Queen Street). Fridge worked fine and so did the internet. Would recommend only for those willing to have dorm room experience.
