“Early flights, no problem, walk across the sky bridge”

First stay when my trip was extended and needed to be closer to the airport, you can't get closer unless you sleep in the terminal, across the street. Rooms are good size, clean and was surprisingly quiet given the location. Restaurant is fine, never tried room service and generally have had late dinner and breakfast. Was a great stay, I usually don't favor staying so close to the airport, but have returned to the Sheraton already once already

“Perfect location for an early flight”

Hotel is in a great location- you don't have to go outside, just take the train from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 if you arrive at Terminal 1.

Check in was quick. The hotel is busy at all hours due to its location, but service was great.

We had supper in the hotel restaurant, which is pricy, but to be expected where it is attached to the airport and is very convenient.

There is free wifi in lobby (we had a bit of access to it as we were on 2nd floor), so it worked intermittently.

The room was nice. Had a king-sized bed, desk area as well as a chair and ottoman. A personal pet peeve is when hotels have HD tvs and no HD feed, which was the case with this hotel as well.

The hotel was a bit noisy, again to be expected when it is attached to the airport.

“Convenient for airport but pricy”

I really enjoyed my stay here but we did pay the price. $160 US

The bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the usual Sheraton toiletries were available.
We also ate at the restaurant which was great service and great food but again expensive.
Stay here if you don't want to bother working out which shuttle you need and waiting for said shuttle to take you to your hotel.

“Convenient”

Was convenient for me as I had an overnight layover. However, was a bit confusing trying to find the hotel as signage was not that great but I find the entire Toronto airport to have poor signage. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed which is nice after a long flight from Hong Kong. Would stay again if in transit. Bar staff were very friendly.

“Convienent but booking nightmare”

Made the mistake of picking up the phone and calling Sheraton Reservations for this hotel. Similiar customer service, as say, Air Canada. Ended up being booked into a Sheraton in California. Absolute nightmare, don't waste your time with them, and use Expedia, etc.

The room was your average hotel room, not run down, but not the most posh room I have ever stayed, given the price. You are paying for the convenience is all. Crib provided by hotel was pretty brutal and resulted in near broken limb or two.

Easier than taking the shuttle I guess. As far as 'in the airport' hotels, Vancouver's Fairmont is far nicer.
