Stayed here for one evening on business -- found the hotel to be ok. Nothing special. The staff was great -- very friendly and accommodating. I took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel – very easy. Check in was a breeze – done in less than 5 minutes. Room was ok – again, nothing special. The best part of the stay was the “heavenly” bed and shower. They are as described … heavenly! The internet situation was annoying – charges were very high and they only allowed one complimentary hour in the lobby. Check out was also easy. The location does have some restaurants within walking distance. Great overall for a quick stay in Toronto!

I stayed here over the holidays and found the location to be very convenient and easy to acces. We were driving all over the city from North York, Thornhill, Mississauga, and Etobicoke. The hotel location was great for getting on and off different highways,etc. Parking is relatively inexpensive and the hotel offers an excellent value. There are also some restaurants within walking distance that we took advantage of. The hotel is a bit older but the room was clean and service was good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I can't say anything too negative about the property except it has some years of use. I also am annoyed by Internet charges in this day, however, this is not uncommon in higher priced hotels. The meeting room was fine and the food OK.

I almost nixed this place, but I was zonked from traveling.and booked it anyway. The entire area around the hotel (at least in the winter) looks like a Soviet town from 1950. It's grey, cold, covered in snow, and unappealing. But, the hotel staff were friendly and very organized and efficient. The hotel was warm, the room was warm, spacious, and came with all of the Starwood amenities. The breakfast was great, quick, but a little pricey. I would stay here again if I needed to stay at the airport.
