“Great In Every Way”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

We had the opportunity to stay at Windsor Arms for 3 nights as we were in town visiting family and friends. It was great from the very start.

Greeted at the Front Desk by a knowledgeable concierge who got us checked in within seconds as the Hotel Butler waited to take me up to my suite. I booked one of the mid size suites, the Deluxe. It was very spacious and furnished like a real upscale home. It even had a guitar in it. The Spa services and the salt water pool were a nice amenity. The staff were all very courteous and were able to assist me with all of my requests. The location is amazing; just off the best street in Toronto with all the fashion and entertainment you could possibly ever want.

Without a doubt, Windsor Arms is a great Hotel and I will be back.

“Simply the Best!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 January 2012

Having practically "lived" in hotels during my business career, I can assure you that you will enjoy the Windsor Arms. You can always tell from the attitude of the first staff you meet, from the Doorman to Reception. I stayed there over 40 years ago and many times since, and have never been disappointed. My standards, I admit, are high....I am not easily pleased when it comes to hotel service. I stayed in the Toronto Four Seasons when it opened as the Hyatt, the current Hilton when it opened as the Hotel Toronto and prior to it becoming the Westin, and even the Westbury when it opened. In short, I have a broad base for comparison, and I agree with Conde Nast that the WA is the #1 hotel in Toronto. The attention to detail is outstanding, from explaining the room functions to the personal weather report. All the staff are very pleasant and accommodating....the rooms luxurious (the Art Shoppe), very clean and quiet. Don't hesitate to book an adventure...you'll be very satisfied!

“Perfect in every way”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 January 2012

We visited this lovely hotel for the first time, to celebrate our anniversary. We were upgraded to a lovely suite and had a personal butler, who instructed us on how to use all the wonderful amenities. We were presented with a lovely fruit tray and chocolates. The king bed was so comfortable! The hotel itself is very elegant-a throw back to an extravagant earlier period in time. Each one of the staff was incredibly friendly and quick to help with anything you asked.
Highly recommend this hotel for a special treat.

“afternoon tea - a wonderful indulgence at the Windsor Arms”

what a better way to celebrate a special occasion than having afternoon or high tea at the lovely Windsor Arms. We come here at least once a year (during winter) & it's always been the best. The sandwiches and pastries are fresh & delicious and the elegant and cozy tea room itself with its fireplace always transports me to another world. Make sure that you make reservations well in advance (there are 2 sittings )& that you book it for the original tea room with the fireplace otherwise the experience is just not the same. It's a great experience for young and old alike (we bring the whole family including kids). The service is also impeccable. Don't forget to ask for a doggie bag!

“Couldn't Be Better!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 January 2012

As a business traveler, I spend many nights a year in hotels, and the Windsor Arms in Toronto has to be one of the best. From the second you walk in, you feel like you're in a place that truly cares and will look after every one of your needs, and they really do.

The suite I was given was spectacular, and totally renovated since my last visit. The classical design with contemporary finishes truly made my suite a pleasure, and unique experience to be in. It even had a Baby Grand Piano in it! Their salt-water Indoor pool with a fireplace also made for a great way to relax after a long day.
