This hotel is your standard westin hotel. Nice lobby, quick checkin. Nice comfortable room. Both the sheraton bed, and the Westin Heavenly bed, are by far the best beds we have ever slept on in a hotel. Hotel has a nice indoor pool. Good location with Access to underground streetcar station across the street. Smokefree hotel is always a plus.

We had a lakeview room on the 24th Floor.

The only two issues we had with the hotel
-Valet parking was alittle expensive @$40/nite
-Someone was smoking pot in the hallways, which then started filtering into our room. But we called the front desk, and they sent up security to deal with the issue, and they also wavied our Valet Parking.

Whenever we stay in toronto, we stay at this hotel or the Sheraton Center Hotel. both great hotels!

Spent 10 nights at Westin Harbour Castle in May 2009. Big room with a nice big bed. Big bathrom with shower and tub. Exellent view of Lake Ontario from the room. Staff was very helpfull.

I've stayed at many Westins and this was not surprise since of level of service, room quality and amazing views is what makes sets this brand apart from the rest. The restaurant on top also has great food and wine selection, and did I mention the views? My husband and I stayed for 5 nights while vacationing, this location is close to the subway stations, many attractions and restaurants in Toronto.

My company has held it's yearly Sales Kickoff at the Westin Harbour Castle for the last few years and I think it is a very good hotel for this purpose. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff have been helpful. We had a gala dinner for about 200 people on the first night and the food was quite good considering they were cooking for that many people - my steak was cooked properly. The hotel location provides a good view of the lake but it is a bit cut off from the rest of the city if you want to walk anywhere. However, there are lots of taxis and shuttles available. Overall this is a very good hotel.
