Try to get a city hall view, as this was fantastic during our stay. We could see much of the city and had fun watching the skaters on the public ice rink down below. The staff were helpful and friendly, with the concierge giving us some good restaurant recommendations. The location is great, we used starwood points and cash and got a fabulous deal. The room was comfy, though the heater seemed to have a hard time keeping up with the coolness of winter, we were never that uncomfortable, but i could envision some desiring it to be warmer. But the views were spectacular of the city, especially at night.

I stay a lot of hotels and this one takes the cake corrupt valets poor check in, one queen bed and I'm a gold member with Starwood. Never told me the restaurant was closed under repair never told me the the gym was closed. A total screw around from the minute I checked in the best part about is I'm still here. The Internet system is just the worst and the charge an arm and leg even to their so called best customers I will never stay here again and I will make it my mission tell as many people as I can about my shtiy experience.

Sheraton centre is a large hotel in the middle of Toronto close to financial district and shopping and subway. Walking distance to the CN Tower and the Air Canada ice hockey centre - make this a mandatory inclusion for entertainment on and off the ice (last minute tickets if you go to the venue or there are scalpers with tickets outside). The rooms are ok and the hallways are a bit tired (I was on floor 7) but I had a large room with a great view of some older buildings and a public ice skating rink which was lovely to look out on. Lobby staff very friendly and helpful with directions and taxis.

We booked two rooms at the Sheraton for our family and we were pleased with the decor, size of the room and the location to all of the downtown attractions. Plus the price was excellent!
