Stayed in room 212 facing Queens Quay where street cars pass by often until well after midnight and get started again very early in morning. Not only are they loud but the vibration buzzes your room. I finally asked to be changed rooms. Front desk then moves me to rm 624. After packing up my stuff and lugging to new rooom (no help was offered or given), the first thing I hear when i step into the room is another street car. I open curtains and they've given me a room cornering on Queens Quay...same issue with sound. I called down to front desk and was told there was nothing they could do. Only 2 rms per floor on backside of bldg and they were taken. Front desk was insincere and completely uncaring. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible experience. Hotel is old and not well maintained as well.
