Stayed here with my family just for one night. Didn't know had to pay 14.00 for parking, the heat in the room didn't warm up the room but instead made a loud noise that was hard to sleep with, and the breakfast was dissapointing to say the least. There were also pistachio nut shells on the bathroom counter when we arrived, and some garbage on the floor around the beds. If I were to stay in a hotel in toronto again, I don't think I would pick this one.

Just spent four nights at the Best Western. The hotel is convenient to local shops and restaurants. The staff are nice and accommodating. The linens are nice, and the beds are sleep-able. The rooms, while a good size, seem a bit run down. For example, the wallpaper was coming loose at several seems and there was a cigarette hole burned into the desk chair. I had requested a non-smoking room (reserved 6 weeks before my stay), and was, in fact, given a smoking room. I was told that there were no non-smoking rooms left in the establishment. A colleague I was traveling with is a heavy smoker and she expressed great appreciation for the opportunity to stay indoors and smoke in bed. For me, the main reason to stay in this hotel again is the convenience and the fact that there are few other hotels in this area. The smoking situation is troubling as I do not smoke and the hotel seems to be a smokers' paradise. And oh yes, there is free wi-fi (very nice) and a business center for printing documents (no charge). Their restaurant was a bit shaky (hardly anyone eating there) so, to be avoided.

I stayed here after a wedding at the Capitol Theatre and would highly recommende it for anyone else doing the same - it is (I think) the hotel nearest the theatre. The rooms are big - much bigger than I expected - the hotel is clean and the service friendly.

Stayed her for one night on the 14th October for a Wedding that was taking place near Eglinton, I don't often stay in Toronto 'Downton' hotels but found this experience enjoyable.
The Staff were very helpful and friendly, with the great north american customer service. They were able to order taxi's for us to the wedding service, very quick and efficiently.

Each room was quiet big- with 2 double beds in each, and coffee making facilities- however there was no kettle and being English, I struggled to make a cup of tea in a coffee maker.

Didn't get breakfast here, but did have a look at it and it didn't look that great for $12- much nicer places you can go for brunch in and around Toronto. There is a 2nd cup at the corner of Eglinton too, which can give you a great coffee fix in the morning.
