One of the nicer HGI properties i have stayed at. Location provided me perfect access to meetings and a mini restaurant row with great choices. Breakfast was nicer than most HGI,s. Will certainly stay here again next visit. Staff was great!

We stayed three nights recently at this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The shower and toilet are exposed to the bedroom through a glass wall, thankfully furnished with a venetian blind. Not for all travelers.

The b&b package is a great bargain; for $10/pp/day you'll enjoy a generous cold breakfast buffet, a waffle machine and full range of hot breakfasts made to order.

The lobby is small but comfortable, but the upstairs lounge is a wonderful spot for a nightcap and quiet conversation.

We were fortunate that the hotel granted our request for an interior room rather than one on the street side. Our traveling companions did not get their wish and suffered from late night noise emanating from the club next door.

Ideally located within walking distance of most area. Friendly staff and rooms very nice and well kept. Cannot comment on the restaurant or breakfast as we did not use it, as we travelled Dom England and therefore due to time difference we were up early and out and ate about 11 am

I stayed at this hotel with my 6-year-old while visiting family in Toronto. My son had a virus and we could not be near my sick mother in-law. We booked last minute and chose this hotel due to price and location in the city. We checked in and got to a basic room, which was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Within a few minutes however, we heard some rowdy grads partying next door. I sheepishly called to front desk where a manager whisked upstairs with keys to a new, upgraded room and carried my bags. The room was beautiful but the service was even better. The next morning we went down to breakfast and again needed some special assistance because my son was to ill to eat in the restaurant. Three people assisted me, retrieving a tray for our food. The location of this hotel is great too, right near good shopping and a couple of blocks from the CN tower and the Rogers Center. I am picky when it comes to hotels and this one exceeded my expectations!
