The room, the hospiitallity and the service were excellent. The room was very comfortable and the employes were very professionnels. Next time I'll go in Subury, I'll come at the Radisson Hotel

This hotel has been undergoing renovations and we were lucky enough to stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms this past weekend. Gorgeous, spacious and quite!

My room was very comfortable and newly updated. I must say, one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in, in terms of decorations and cleanliness. I really enjoyed the new look and feel. This is the first time I've stayed in a room with a sleep number bed. Quite interesting I must say.

Fairly average stay, I didn't spend too much time in the room but definitely a good location. Close to many restaurants and cafes.

Be warned! After the huge storm and driving for 8 hours on Dec 27'th we decided to stay at this hotel for the night. My girlfriend and I heard a completely broken IPOD ringing in the room behind the curtain.( They did not clean the room properly ) After giving it to the Cashier at the front desk whose id is 1052 we went out for dinner. Coming back we noticed the TV did not work. James a young tech came and fixed this and went off. After sleeping we left first think in the morning at 11 am to head to science north. Thing is we now have a bill for 350$ stating we wrecked the room and distroyed everything even pouring staining liquids all over the bed. This is a complete lie. Wood pieces torn from the bed frame and the people next door heard nothing and did complain?!? This is a complete set up and they refuse to investigate. Be warned. Staying at this hotel may cause you to be in the same spot as me!
