“Diamond in the rough”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 February 2011

This hotel has amazing suites! I was there for work and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, luxurious suite I stayed in. It was expertly decorated and offered an amazing view.

On top of that, the staff was very helpful and friendly. When we had technical issues they went out of their way to find us a power cord for our laptop that was accidentally left behind. The staff all made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our conference a great success!

The Hotel is downtown Sudbury what looks like the Slums Hotel is old looking NO Sauna as it says there is.. Noisy Weird smell in the out dated elevator. Staff could be more polite and professional Seems like they are there just for the money and thats it

“Kids eat free, was a nice suprise..”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 July 2010

Travelled to Sudbury with my kids for a tournament and found no problems with the hotel, front desk very helpfull, rooms were great, the pool was very nice, ample free parking. The restaurant was recently taken over by new owners, they offer kids eat free, that was a nice surprise as it wasnt mentioned any where on the hotels website. Found the restaurant to have good food, great service.

“What a difference a year makes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 July 2010

I've stayed here once before when in on business, and liked the service from staff at the hotel, while the location may cause apprehension i've always enjoyed the downtown restaurants and its not nearly as intimidating as i thought it might be. Was surpised too find out the one restaurant I made a bee line too was now sold, and only too be told later by front desk staff they were the new owners of the hotel restaurant. Have to say the food quality has not fallen off. Breakfast was good and didn't have too walk downtown too get a great dinner... miss louisiana grill but bisto makes this a convenient alternative

“Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 November 2009

After the Steelworkers halls was torched. We had no choice ,but to book the Quality INN for my sons wedding, the only place left in Sudbury, to have wedding.
Everything went well during the main ceremony. But supper time was a disastor.Should clear this up THe supper & nite lunch was fantastic lots of food an very tasty .Chef an Marc restaurant owner did a good job .The ladies that served the supper did a amazing job. BUT as brougth to my attention that nite the elderly lady helping was Marc's mother I will call her "GRANDMA."
Grandma was not so nice everything started with a stupid chair cause the tables were set for 8 an GRANDMA counted 9 chairs an took a hissy fit.Proplem solved I removed the chair. THAN SHE STARTED ON MY GRANDCHILDREN AN RIPPED THE BALLOONS out of there hands making them cry , Didnt see a problem with the children playing with them.
Supper being served AGAIN GRANDMA again on a rampage over silverware missing .Told her. We dotn steal silverwawre I have better at home. She also don't know how to count we had 70 for supper , she miscounted an started yelling at the bride "YOU OWE ME MONEY".BRide cried as well
I than took it upon myself to ask Victor to count which we were at 70 an not what GRANDMA had counted . Grandma caused lots of problems. Finally spoke to Victor about this lady he solved the problem .Good thing cause I was ready to gag her an duct tape her to a chair an put her in a closet.
Finally Victor sent her home.
By the way GRANDMA NOT NICE to steal dessert int hinking no one seen you.
Careful if u have a wedding onthe charges
still waiting for Marc to pay money back but it seems he wont return our calls or see us when we go.
As for the staff Victor , bartender , and servers you did a wonderful job.
The dance went without a hitch an everyone enjoyed themselves.
