We were told about The House of Kin & we thought we would check it out, I was very satisfied with our decision. The staff were very kind friendly & helpful. I love that we were able to use the kitchen to eat & cook if you brought the right cooking tools :) They have a fridge but no stove, they do have a microwave, You can have coffee/tea meet & have conversations with other guests watch television in a lazy boy just somewhere to hang out other than the room, they have a little extra food in the fridge/cubboard that guests leave when they check out, help yourself for people who may be low on funds to be able to have something to eat or snack on :) I like the donation box they have just so they can keep the coffee etc going...I usually gave 3.00 a day you don't have to it can be whatever you can afford. The rooms are clean & the beds are comfortable. I like that they have a few mini malls grocery stores shoppers & so much more next door & all in walking distance :) And a sit down/take out nice atmosphere Bar/Restaurant right next door lol.
I will be staying at The House of Kin when I come for surgery in Sept
