This hotel is in process of renovating. We participated in a family reunion with more than 60 people and found the service particularly superb. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We held a family reunion with almost 60 people. We had a wonderful time. The rooms served us very well. Management and Staff were amazing, working to make our reunion a great success. We ranged in age from a few months to 90 years and the gathering areas, restaurant service and staff support made it a memorable event. Prices were very affordable and our accommodations were clean and comfortable. The proximity to Niagara Falls and Wineries gave us an added bonus. We really appreciated the hotel and restaurant people who helped our reunion succeed.

If you have booked a room at Prudhommes Inn, cancel it!!! Its not worth saving the $50 or so a night! It is expected that the cheaper hotel would be dated and not have all the luxuries, but it is expected to be clean and have what you are paying for. The room smelled of mold, and the air conditioners hardly worked. The mini fridge in our room didn't work and I had to throw out all my babies milk. The coffee maker still had coffee in it from the last person who stayed in the room. The taps in the bathroom needed to be replaced and the tub didn't drain. My bed was as hard as a rock and creaked so loudly everytime I moved it woke me up ( not to mention that when I first got into my room I had to put the mattress on the boxspring). The Tv remote didn't work and we only got 6 of the 25 channels. If you plan on parking there, make sure you have a 4X4, and are not afraid of the dark because the lights in the parking lot don't work. BUT, we did find a factory outlet just down the road with good deals on surf, snow, and skate clothing.

Our hockey team stayed last April. In one of our rooms, the only running water was coming from the ceiling. We all stayed out of the hotel as much as we could. Between games, we'd go to a restaurant and sit there for a few hours just so we didn't have to go back to our rooms. The rooms were very outdated, some had holes in the walls, old carpet and were very run down. I'd recommend that you go a different hotel.
The pictures that the Prudhomme have posted on the internet are very deceiving.
