“Worst B&B of our B&B Vacation to Canada and the FInger Lakes”

At a minimum, we expect a comfortable bed at a B&B. The bed lacked a headboard, the mattress was uncomfortable, the room was small. No dresser, so an electric teapot sat on the floor. A mirror also sat on the floor rather than being hung on the wall. The bathroom (adjacent door in the hallway) had no electricity, so using a hair dryer was out of the question. The view from our room was, well, we closed the curtain. We did meet some interesting people at breakfast, though!

Our stay at Alexander House was just great. The welcome we received couldn't have been warmer, the room was very pretty and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious.
