On the up side it had a mini bar fridge, microwave, and cable TV. The floors (bathroom excluded) were tile and looked fairly new.
There was some noise from next door, but they quieted-down by bedtime. You'd think the walls were paper thin given the noise transmission, but the walls are painted cinder block.
On the down side, the first thing I noticed was the smell. Whatever the maid uses is overpowering and made me a bit nauseous. Since the windows are sealed, there was no way to get any fresh air without leaving the door open, which was not a desried option. I actually went out later to get some lysol 'odour eliminating' aerosol to try to combat it, but it didn't help much. Clothes and luggage stank from that motel smell afterward.
The bathroom was functional, but small and showing it's age in the decor.
I chose this motel for the location and because it was cheap. I regreted it within minutes. Considering it was just for one night, and the location was ideal, kept me from going someplace else.
My advice, if you can afford it, spend an extra twenty bucks or so and go someplace else.
