We stayed here for two nights during September 2011. Generally were were extremely happy with this choice.
Service was great, we arrived early and were allowed to check in. We were also allowed to check out late as we had an afternoon VIA Rail train out of Ottawa. Staff were also helpful with recommendations and information.
The room we stayed in was huge. Almost as big as our apartment. It was a large open plan room with bed, living/TV area, dining area, small office and kitchen. The attached bathroom was a decent size too. Beds were clean and comfortable.
Included in the stay was free continental breakfast each morning, free access to the internet from the office in the room, and free laundry facilities, all which came in very handy.
Location was OK but we found ourselves spending most of our time near the parliament buildings or Byward Market areas, about 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. There were some good restaurants nearby but not much else.
Price was great too. We booked early but got an decent rate. Considering the inclusions and the size of the room it was excellent value for money.
Overall I can highly recommend this hotel.

This is by far the best place to stay in Ottawa if your looking for an extended stay. Every room has a full kitchen, dinning room table, etc. Rooms are clean, staff helpfull and the sports bar on the main floor is absolutely a must for any sports fan. In addition to big screen TVs around the bar, there are numerous pool tables.

Located just approximatley a 15 minute walk from Parliment Building and outdoor farmer's market, this is a superb place.

We stayed at the Business Inn in Ottawa in November 2011 and we were very pleased. The hotel is on a busy street with lots to do and places to eat. All the staff were very helpful, the room was very clean and the bed was very, very comfortable indeed! We will stay there next time we are in Ottawa for sure! J&B Halifax

This may be the best dollar value in Ottawa. It is an excellent hotel with large suites that have a Business Centre in each room. I really like the location because I enjoy the pubs and resturants on Elgin. The staff are excellent and overal I have nothing but good things to say about this property and I would stay here on all my trips to Ottawa
