I picked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and previously accumulated hotel points, which made it a free stay. The check-in was the fastest ever--in under two minutes. The room was excellent, with all of the usual furnishings and more. Free bottled water and an in-room computer were pluses. The bed was comfortable. The shower had sufficient water pressure and height. Although the hotel is outside of the downtown area, it is a relatively easy commute to get there, so tourists should not worry. The hotel is well-appointed and worth your visit. Should I return to the Ottawa area, I would stay here again.

We stayed overnight here for the first time. The experience was great. At check-in we were greeted by a very friendly and happy staff. They had already upgraded us to a suite which was most enjoyable.

The hotel was very clean and included small touches that were pleasant. The free WiFi worked flawlessly and newspapers in the lobby enjoyable over morning coffee. The breakfast was standard but met expectations. The staff kept the items fully stocked and the area clean.

Overall a very pleasant stay and we would return without question.

The hotel is very clean and in good shape, the room was spacious and well equipped, breakfast variety was pretty good for this kind of hotel, and the service was very helping and polite.

The only disappointment I had with this hotel was the swimming pool. It was very small and right near the reception desk, so I ended up not using it. No-one else has either, probably for the same reasons.

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't plan on having morning swims.
