We stayed overnight here for the first time. The experience was great. At check-in we were greeted by a very friendly and happy staff. They had already upgraded us to a suite which was most enjoyable.

The hotel was very clean and included small touches that were pleasant. The free WiFi worked flawlessly and newspapers in the lobby enjoyable over morning coffee. The breakfast was standard but met expectations. The staff kept the items fully stocked and the area clean.

Overall a very pleasant stay and we would return without question.

The hotel is very clean and in good shape, the room was spacious and well equipped, breakfast variety was pretty good for this kind of hotel, and the service was very helping and polite.

The only disappointment I had with this hotel was the swimming pool. It was very small and right near the reception desk, so I ended up not using it. No-one else has either, probably for the same reasons.

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't plan on having morning swims.

We stayed here twice in the process of relocating to Ottawa. It was very convenient to our new neighbourhood, location may be a minus if you are going to be spending a lot of time downtown - however it is only a short driver to the park & ride for the bus. Rooms were a good size and the king beds were very nice. We visited the pool & hot tub both times which we had to ourselves. Service was good, and the breakfast was nice but simple.

The only issue we had was with parking - on one of our stays there had been a snowstorm recently and some of the parking lot hadn't been cleared so there were no spots for us - we had to park in a taxi spot & advised the front desk.
