Rooms were clean. Beds pretty comfy. Entrances and hallways were somewhat grimy. Despite a security guard teenagers ran through the hall screaming throughout the night. Got a total of 3 hours sleep. Breakfast food was stale.

Customer Service is outstanding at this Hotel! The recent upgrades to the hotel are extremly Cozy! The rooms were also quite cozy, loved that we had a fridge and microwave. The Pool was clean and was a nice relaxing fun experience with the family!! The breakfast was fresh and had lots to choose from! This hotel is perfect for out of towners who are looking for an inexpensive place to stay while hitting all the nearby shops not to mention its so close to the go train would be perfect for traveling to Toronto for Hockey, CN Tower etc!! We would definelty go back there again.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. You can smell heavy smoke as soon as you enter the hotel. This is a case where you can't trust the good reviews. I'm laying in bed in this hotel as I write this review at 4 am and I swear I can hear a mouse running around the room.

Our group was in search of a place to hold a meeting that was a central local between Toronto and Peterborough and was of course affordable - the Travelodge in Whitby/Oshawa was a great option to meet this need. It was also convenient for colleagues who were traveling in from Toronto on the Go Train as the Go station is right across the highway from the hotel.

The meeting room and continental breakfast were both top notch, as well as the hotel customer service to ensure all our needs were met that day.
