I've stayed at the Quality Suites Oakville before, on business and pleasure, and they provide consistent good service, friendly and extremely helpful staff, reasonable amenities, and clean premises. The bar staff is amazing. We held an event in our suite, and the bar got our order to us hot and exactly on time, and even thought of extras we hadn't. Check in and out are quick, and if you want to know about stores in the neighbourhood, the front desk staff are right on the ball.

From the quick check in to the friendly staff this was overall a great experience. We were in town for a wedding, which was held just across the street at Oakville Convention Centre. The hotel from the outside is a bit dated and I was worried that we were going to be disappointing. It could just use some sprucing up and replacing the broken stones in the walkways would help.The lobby is newly renovated and bright and clean. Our room was clean and in good repair. On the same property you will find a gas station and a Timmy's, very convenient for getting back on the road the next morning. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

We booked a suite as we wanted more space for our family but I was disappointed. The space was excellent - two big bedrooms and a big living space with a huge table but the decor was drab. We found the staff in the hotel to be extremely efficient but I was not impressed with the bar staff. Service was slow and they seemed to be unhappy in their jobs. We used the pool a lot but I felt it needed up-dating. Outside the pool was an area full of weeds. The side area has a table and that was it. A few loungers would have been good so one could have read and took the rays.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last month due to my son's surgery. Quality suites went out of there way to accomdate us, they even provide a little goody bag with nutritional treats and cards for my son (thank you Darlene). if you are looking for great customer service, this hotel is for you (all the staff is extremely friendly). We stayed 3 nights the last time and the suite was great, large, clean and reasonably priced. There is a Tim Horton's and gas station write in the hotel parking lot which was very convenient.
I would definately stay at this hotel again.
