We spent two night at the Travelodge - family of 3. The staff was courteous and helpful. The check-in experience was efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The soap, shampoo and other personal products of good quality. Excellent value and awesome location, close to the motorway. Highly recommended!!

I recently stayed at the North York Travelodge for one night with a reasonable price. I found the carpet in my room to be in need of immediate cleaning and even better being replaced. The staff are responsive to requests. This non-smoking room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke and chemical sprays can only do so much to cover up the smell possibly coming from a lower floor.

we stayed here for a hockey tournament. Rooms were OK, phone did not work to get wake up call or front desk. No screens in windows (we were on 6th floor). It worked for what we needed it for.

This hotel is an embarrassment & shame to any Travelodge I have ever stayed at. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and the room was disgusting. The carpet was so filthy that we didnt take our shoes off to walk around, and the wall paper was peeling off the walls, not to mention they were very dirty also. The beds are so old that I was afraid to sleep on them. I could go on and on, but bottom line is that I will never stay there again even if it was free. That hotel should be closed for renovations before they let anyone else stay!!!
