Had to come stay here while my place was being renovated. The staff was very professional, accomodating and well informed.

We used these guys for a wedding, they gave us a wrong number for booking rooms, and when our guests got there they were extremely rude to them. They refused to hand out gift bags and wanted to wake up our guests at 2 am to tell them to get the gift bags. They are by far the worst hotel I have ever delt with. There are lots of other hotels in the area you don't haev to use the Holiday Inn.

This hotel needs a renovation. It meets the bare minimum of a comfortable room, but it really is not a place you would want to spend more time than necessary. The location is far from everything. However, if you have a car, that is not an issue. The breakfast was fresh and of decent quality. The internet connection was very fast. However, it is not a place that I would want to come back again.

Stayed here for a Canlan hockey tournament for one night. I paid for the room on points so check-in was a breeze and we were able to get in an hour earlier than check-in time. The manager who checked us in was great and gave us free water and granola bars as I was a Priority Club member.

The area may not be the greatest, but the hotel was clean and the police station is right next door. We didn't need to walk anywhere and can tell you that you won't find a hotel closer to the York Ice Gardens or Tennis facility. There are a few restaurants not far from the hotel such as Subway, Quiznos, McDonald's and Tim Hortons. Shopping in Vaughan or Woodbridge is great and only minutes away.

The room itself is good, the free breakfast was great (except for the eggs which must have been made from a mix) and the staff were wonderful. I would defintely recommend this hotel if you have a hockey tournament nearby or are going to Wonderland. A reasonably priced hotel with good service.
