The staff are very kind and personable.
Our room had a heart shaped jacuzzi, a fireplace and a king sized bed. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable.
We will definitely be going back and I would recommend staying here over any of the big chain hotels any day.

My husband and I stopped in North Bay over the long weekend in September and stayed at this hotel. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I had reserved ahead of time as we had dined at the adjoining restaurant a few years before. The cost of the room and the meal was an excellent package deal. The food at the restaurant is EXCELLENT and the price is very reasonable. The room is a bit dated, however still very cozy with a fireplace, comfortable bed and nice view of the water. We enjoyed a glass of wine sitting by the private beach. I would certainly recommend an overnight stay at this hotel. We would certainly return.

We stopped in North Bay for one night and came across this hotel. We stayed in the cottage by the water which had a heart shapped jacuzzi, fireplace and a very comfortable bed. The host was very accommodating and offered up free movies, coffee and pastries. It was a really relaxing night and I would definitely go back.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and in all rooms. Always for a romantic weekend away with my husband. The rooms are clean, location is great and the service is top notch. I will stay there again for sure. However, don't order from the Bistro restaurant next door if you are hungry. Portions are incredibly small.
