In an area with so many great BnBs, Hilltop Manor really stands out. Karen is a wonderful host with a fantastic design sense and appreciation for fine details. Our room was spotless without feeling stuffy. Breakfast was filling and well-presented. Overall, it's a place that feels very homey yet incredibly classy. And you can't beat sipping local wines in the hot-tub, under the stars, with the snow falling. First time I ever received a parting hug from my host as well. Karen is the real deal, and we'll definitely be recommending her property to friends and family. In fact, we already have.

My husband and I just had a great weekend staying at Hilltop Manor and attending the Ice Wine Festival. This is our fourth time staying at the B & B, and it feels like home when we're there! Karen continues to be a great hostess- warm, friendly, accomodating and helpful. She's a real people person and the breakfasts are always wonderful. The property is spotless, and the room we stayed in had been recently painted. She is always very helpful and will make any reservations needed or offer suggestions for dinner and attractions. My husband and I will look forward to staying again!

My daughter and I stayed at the Hilltop Manor as a Christmas gift to my daughter. We timed it to enjoy the Icewine Festival at Niagara-on-the-Lake. There were no surprises - the comprehensive website promises clean, spacious rooms, excellent service, a great location and value for your money. Karen Poynton (owner/operator) delivered on all counts.
