This was my first experience at a B & B. It was an overnight get-away with my sisters. The owners, Paul and Leah, were so friendly, warm and welcoming. I immediately felt this was home away from home. (But better as I didn't have to do any cooking!!) We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor patio, wandered the grounds - the weather was fabulous, so an added bonus. The food was spectacular; Paul is an amazing chef. Dinner was delicious and breakfast amazing! He and Leah are most personable. The rooms are cozy and comfortable.

i chose this B&B because there was not many choices of actual hotels in this area.
what a find.....this is a gem to say the least.

it turned out when i spoke with the owner they are from the UK as am I.
they run a very nice, very clean home. I felt at home there the whole week i was there.
this was a business trip and made it so much better than staying at a typical hotel.

i was there late in the season and the weather was turning to autumn.....the outdoor pool was closed for the season.....i can only imagine how nice it must be here in the warmer months. They tend to the grounds with as much attention as they do the house itself.

i feel i have made two new friends here. definitely recommend for either business or pleasure.

My husband and I have stayed at this B and B many times. The house is beautiful, clean and oh so welcoming.

Our wine group has been travelling to the Niagara area for years for our annual winery tour. We always stay with Paul and Leah. From the time you walk through the door, you feel like you are home.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. I think we have stayed in every one.

Paul and Leah moved to Canada from Britain (and a few other places including Portugal). Their wonderful British accents and charming personalities make this a truly special place. Their attention to the smallest details from check in to adieu is not typical...from coffee or tea at any time of day...to a dip in the pool or hot tub..to one of Paul's amazing home cooked meals...to a glass of wine on the front veranda....everything is comfortable, cozy and welcoming.

I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend their B and B as the perfect base from which to tour the Niagara area!

What a fantastic place - located within an orchard but just down the street from gorgeous wine country and a cute town (Beamsville). Silver Birches has a tennis court and bikes to use... We really enjoyed the activities - we went in the fall when the pool was closed but it looks beautiful! Hot tub year round... Paul and Leah are extremely nice and the breakfast was phenomenal!

For dinner, the owner suggested August restaurant and what a great Tapas menu they have!!! Affordable, large portions and delicious, we were beyond satisfied.


We were so lucky to have found this place - we most definitely will be back!!
