Not much to add that hasn't already been said. Sandy and Lou are excellent hosts; very welcoming and down to earth. All 3 bedrooms are beautiful with their own ensuites; also a small sitting room and larger living room area are available for the use of visitors. The breakfast was exquisite from freshly squeezed orange juice, through several courses to chocolate covered strawberries as a special Valentines treat! Their attention to detail is excellent; we would most definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Newark Manor one of the weekends of the Ice Wine festival. Sandy and Lou made our weekend very special with their beautiful confortable place, excelent breakfasts and first class hospitality. Located closed to down town, all wineries and restaurants. The perfect place. Highly recomended !!!!!!

Comfortable rooms with all the amenities, a coffee nook for guests, access to the cozy living room with fireplace, a great location, and delicious breakfasts make this an outstanding bed and breakfast. Lou and Sandy have made their home into what we all seek when we travel. Their local winery and restaurant recommendations were excellent and hospitality unsurpassed. This is the best of the best!

From the moment we arrived at this lovely b & b to celebrate our anniversary (thanks Sandy & Lou !!) - until we reluctantly left the breakfast table - we were treated with a first class warmth and comfort ! Sandy and Lou are the perfect hosts and it was obvious that the b & b is "their baby" - the rooms were spacious and yet cozy and yet it was hard to get up the next morning although the breakfast with homemade fruit tarts, delicious omlette with a freshly squeezed oj - well worth getting up for ! I enjoyed the breakfast table where we got to meet and exchange local stories with fellow travellers .. I would highly recommend this b & b and hope to return for a longer stay .. maybe take advantage of those lovely "common" areas with the fireplace !
