This was without a doubt the most delightful B & B place that we have ever stayed at! The decor is not only beautiful but also has a cosy feel to it, so you instantly feel right at home. All of the rooms have Isabelle's, (the hostess) impeccable touch. Everything is immaculately clean and set up to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The breakfasts she served were outstanding . . . delicious gourmet food. The location was ideal since everything was just a short walk away and Isabelle has lots of information on things to see and do.
We'll definitely come again!

We three friends were delighted with the comfort, cleanliness and quiet of Isabelle's Parliament Cottage. Isabelle tended to our needs in every way. Every breakfast during our week's stay was innovative and nutritious. I would without hesitation recommend this charming B&B.

My husband and I found this wonderful place on Tripadvisor, and the reviews made me want to come. Isabelle is a wonderful hostess and a great cook. Our room was absolutely spotless and well-appointed. We enjoyed conversation with the other guests at breakfast. The house is very close to downtown. We will return to NOTL, and to this B&B! We just returned from a wonderful weekend stay at this charming B&B. Our first floor room had a whimsical mural decoration and was spotlessly clean with an extremely comfortable bed. Coffee is put out every morning at 7:30, well before breakfast is served. Both breakfasts were delicious and guests were encouraged to linger at the table for extended conversation. The only time we saw the resident cat he was outside on the patio. I am highly allergic to cats and had absolutely no problem while staying here. Isabel, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about the Shaw Festival, the local wineries and restaurants, and the area in general. I certainly felt that we got our money's worth!
