my fiancé and I live in Ottawa, Canada, and recently took a long weekend vacation in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We only drove six hours to get there, but felt like we were a world away from home. I can't say enough about the beauty of this town, the warmth of its residents, the delicious vineyard trips and the fun things to do.
We stayed at Burberry House B&B, a friendly home with great breakfasts and clean rooms. Our only regret was that it was a little bit away from the town centre and we had to drive to get there. However, we would highly recommend it to anyone.
I don't even know where to begin with NOTL - the Buttery for dinner, the Olde Angel Inn pub for drinks, biking to the vineyards and the drive along the parkway, not to mention the great shops and picnic opportunities. We loved it, loved it, loved it and can't wait to go again.
