“A lovely B&B!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 May 2007

My fiance and I stayed at the Arbour Breeze B&B in May 2007, and had a very pleasant experience. Hostess Siety Koopal was welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the Sunset Breeze room and paid $115 CAD per night.

GENERAL: The Arbour Breeze B&B is approximately a 5-minute drive from the "old town" Niagara on the Lake. Most wineries (Peller, Hillebrand, Jackson-Triggs, etc) are less than a 10-minute drive from the B&B. The B&B has views of orchards from both the front and back of the house. Because it is slightly further from the centre of Niagara on the Lake, the property is larger and more open than other B&Bs in Niagara on the Lake. One thing that sets this B&B apart from most others is that it does not have a two-night stay requirement, even during high season. This means that if you only need to stay for one night, you are welcome to do so.

ROOM: The Sunset Breeze room was clean and pleasant. It had hardwood floors and a queen-sized bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom. It did not have much space aside from the bed itself; however this was compensated by the common sitting area outside of the room. The room had a small TV that was adequate for daily use. The room was at the front of the house on the second floor, and had a view of the orchards across the road.

BATHROOM: The ensuite bathroom was large, and contained only a shower (stall-type, not a bathtub). While this was not aesthetically pleasing, it was suitable for our needs. We did note a lack of counter space, however. A few additional surfaces would have been helpful. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied, as well as hand lotion and a hair dryer.

BREAKFAST: The breakfast was delicious. To start, we were served a fresh fruit salad, a variety of rolls and breads and cakes, and tea/coffee/juice. Our main course was called "sun in a cloud", which was a delicious and creative way to serve eggs!

Overall, our stay at Arbour Breeze was positive, and suited our needs for the weekend. We would return!

“wonderful stay, fabulous breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 October 2006

We spent several days at Arbourbreeze B&B with our two children in August 2006. It was the best B&B acommodation we ever had. Located near the vineyards it was very calm, day and night. Nevertheless the town center is not far away.

The two rooms (one for the parents, one for the children) were big and comfortable. Great atmosphere.

Many thanks to the owner Mrs Siety Koopal for her fabulous, award winning breakfast.

“B&B Accommodation Niagara-On-The-Lake”

We had a very enjoyable experience in the Arbour Breeze Bread & Breakfast accommodation. It is surrounded with vineyards not so far from the town centre, Shaw Festival theater, in a very relaxing atmosphere.

We were amazed on the cleaneliness, and the services offered by the owner Ms Siety Koopal. In fact it was one of our best B&B accommodation we experienced. We commend to anyone who wishes to use B&B for their stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
