Host Yvonne McMorrough welcomed us warmly to Avoca B&B, in her home in Niagara on the Lake. She provided us not only with comfortable rooms and a hearty breakfast every morning, but also information on local golf courses and sightseeing possibilities, and an invitation to the local Strawberry Festival where she participated in a poetry reading. Without her suggestion, we might have missed the butterfly conservatory nearby. And she tipped us off to the wonderful onion soup at the Table Rock restaurant at Niagara Falls.
