Great place to stay in NOTL, close to the theatres and main shopping street, but still very quiet at night. This older, well-maintained house truly feels like a home-away-from-home -- very clean rooms, comfortable bed, full-size bathroom. Breakfast is very large and delicious, and Henry Szylak bakes something fresh every morning. Should love, or at least like, cats -- there are 4 very friendly felines in residence who are not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms but like to greet visitors in the dining room. Always a highlight of my stay in NOTL.

We have been staying at Bernard Gray Hall for several years when we attend plays at the Shaw Festival. I especially like the Shaw Room because I can sit in its sun room and watch the sun go down after an afternoon of entertainment and a good meal at a near-by restaurant.

The B&B is just two blocks from the main Queen Street where the theaters, shops and restaurants are located.

Breakfasts are tasty and the fellowship around the table is priceless. The other guests always have interesting experiences to share during breakfast.

As a last minute getaway to Niagara-on-the-Lake, it was lucky to find this B&B. The location was perfect for us and the B&B had a lot of character which is what we were looking for. The room was very comfortable and the morning breakfast was delicious. We would highly recommend this B&B and hope to return for another getaway.

My husband and I spent two nights here and we highly recommend it. Henry and Gloria were very gracious hosts. They prepared a lovely breakfast each morning and offered other value added amenities. We enjoyed visiting and chatting with them and the hospitality of their four kitty cats as well. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Shaw Festival. Niagara Falls and wine country were also only a short drive from her. On our next trip to the area, we will definitely seek to stay here again.
