We stayed at the Weatherpine in October when the leaves were glorious colors and the Shaw Theatre Festival was winding down. The owners are absolutely delightful and we enjoyed our breakfasts around the communal table with special hot dishes and wide-ranging conversation among the other international guests and the owners. The Inn is a comfortable home and all rooms have outside access. Our room was small but had everything necessary for an enjoyable stay including king-sized bed, coffee maker and refrigerator. Several excellent local restaurants were recommended and we were given printed directions to all of our destinations. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a wonderful town for strolling and shopping and the local wineries are excellent. Finally the Shaw Festival has top-notch theatre productioins; we saw three in one weekend and all were of Broadway or West End quality.

We stayed at the WeatherPine Inn this past weekend for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed it! The room was comfortable and immaculate, and we really liked that each room has a private entrance. Our hosts, Doug and Phyllis, could not have been nicer! Wonderful breakfasts both mornings with the other quests, who were so enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again in the future...I think we may have to try each room!

We had a good stay in this B&B. Very good location, close to the old town and very quite. Doug and Phylis are very nice people, gave us some good advice for the area. Breakfasts are very good. The bed is comfortable, good quality bed sheet (very important to me) and pillows. Only drawback is the room is not that big, but we have a private patio. Overall, it was a good three night stay in this beautiful small town and a relax trip.

We stayed two nights in the Harvest room and enjoyed our stay. The Harvest room was very nice although it was a little small - but we were not in our rooms that long any way. The bathroom was very nice and had a steam shower.

The hosts Doug and Phyllis make you feel right at home. They help you in anyway that they can with directions or coupons to wineries. They keep the conversation going during breakfast so that everyone feels comfortable. They have many story's to share with you about their B&B experiences.

The breakfast was very good and the coffee was great. The outside of the inn was very nicely landscaped and provided a soothing effect before you even got inside.

The inn is a half mile from Queens street which is an easy walk. On our visit we had just come from Niagara Falls and were walked out. We drove down Regent st and parked in front of the school playground - it saved us some walking.

Winerys visited - Inniskillin, Jackson Trigg, and Stonechurch. Jackson Trigg had the best tour. Stonechurch is a little winery but they had the best outside sitting area. The tours are $5 but you get 3 wine tastings that includes a icewine.

Restaurants we would recommend. The Old Angel Inn and Bistro Six-one. You must try the chocolate torte at Nina's gelato and pastrys. To die for.
