My husband and I just spent a delightful weekend at the Saltbox 1820 Cottage. Our room was spotless, spacious, quiet and decorated with period furnishings. Additional comforts included a small refrigerator stocked with various (soft) drinks, a pitcher to heat water in, and cozy bathrobes. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location is fantastic, and there is a beautiful garden to sit in and just relax after a busy day. The greatest asset of this B&B however is the way you are made to feel so comfortable and at home by Kim and Phil, the owners. No doubt we will be staying there again.

Niagara on the Lake is a wonderful little town, but your visit would not be complete with out staying at Saltbox 1820 Cottage Bed and Breakfast. The history of one of the oldest houses in town is felt everywhere. Kim and Phil have made the experience complete with period furnishing, soft music, but also old fashioned hospitality. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, food was exquisite, conversation was fun, a great way to start our day! Five stars to you!!!!! Margaret and Jim

We had the pleasure of staying at the Saltbox 1820 Cottage in NOTL last week. What a fabulous place. The owners Kim & Phil White made us feel right at home. Our room was furnished with antiques and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was scrumptious. The gardens were in full bloom, creating a pieceful and serene rest spot. We were just steps away from the main street, two blocks from the Shaw Theatres and right in the middle of wine country. It doesn't get any better then that! We highly recommend staying at this B&B.
