Heather is a very organized & welcoming hostess. When we telephoned to book a room, she made an excellent impression and followed through with an informative email with confirmation and clear directions on locating the B&B. The site is on a 7-acre wooded lot around the corner from Strewn Winery and less than a 10-minute drive from mainstreet N-O-T-L.
The "Serenity Suite" has a private coded deadbolt entrance and many ammenities for the guests, including a great deep airtub, small TV, bar fridge, & loveseat couch. The mattress was very comfortable and the linens are of a high quality. The room was impeccably clean upon our arrival.
The breakfasts were imaginative and tasty both mornings during our stay and the hostess was very accomodating to the needs of her guests.
We paid (by VISA) $150 per night + 6% GST (double), which seemed to us a bit expensive for a B & B. However, accomodations in Niagara-On-The-Lake can be priced much higher, so relatively speaking, this is a fair value. We would be quite happy to stay here on any future visit.
One note for the climate-sensitive traveller: The air conditioning is a touch on the cool side at times - probably due to the guest rooms being located on the lower level of the house - the venting for the ductwork is located directly overhead in bed and it does create a low background "white noise" when the blower is operating.
