A small (number of people who can stay) B&B but in a large modern house with a great pool. Room very well decorated with great furniture. Brian and Gian's experience in Europe show in everything they do. We've been a number of times. The last was for a cooking weekend. Great.

While this breakfast was amazing, it was only equaled by other I've had from Brian. Unfortunately for all other B&B, hotels, and restaurants, he has set the bar so high few can even see it much less reach it. If you have his breakfast plan of missing lunch, and likely dinner.

We also had dinner as part of the cooking course weekend. I usually avoid big evening meals but this was one I'd helped with and had to eat. Goodness know how Brain takes a group of non chefs and can still work the magic to produce such a great meal. It was wonderful.

All the previous reviews have explained the magnificence of this B&B. We stayed for 3 nights in August. Breakfasts are what you would expect from a five star hotel only better. Pretty much everything on the table is done original from scratch by Brian. Brian and Jan were wonderful hosts and went out of their way to accomodate our needs. Location is just outside town, which is actually kind of nice. We easily biked into town (or a longer walk) but there are few dining options even closer by that were great to walk to also. Pool and gardens were a wonderful plus. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone going to NOTL. Exceeded our expectations, even after reading all the great reviews.

My friend had previously visited this B&B and really enjoyed meeting and knowing the owners Brian and Gian. Each room is decorated with beautiful pieces and furniture from Europe.
This B&B felt like I was at a European retreat, exquisite decor and excellent breakfast served.
They made us feel like home, and had the opportunity to take a swim in the pool and enjoy sitting in the back yard/gazebo. The landscape on the property is well kept and beautiful to spend time in.
The room was large with a good size shower and our room had a terrace overlooking the back of the property and the surrounding neighbourhood. The expertise and service was exceptional and can't wait to go back again.

Brian and his B&B was great. The room and common areas are really nice. We enjoyed watching the DVD from his 900 movies collection during the evening with a bottle of wine, while my husband also liked the coffee table book selection in the living room. When we came we were welcomed with 2 espresso shots. Brian has cookies, chocolates, water, apples, juices, teas available 24 hours. He also gave us map, recommendations on the wineries to visit and coupons for them which saved us some money! Also gave recommendation for dinner and lunch. THE BREAKFAST IS GORGEOUS. he has home made breads, jams, pecan pie, board of 20 cheeses, and eggs bennie! Brian spent 28 years in Netherlands as a chef so it all shows! Don't miss this B&B, we'll be back.

If you are looking for a B&B in Niagara on the Lake, don't hesitate, stay here.
Wonderful hosts, huge swimming pool, magnificent breakfasts, large lovely rooms.
This B&B gets rave reviews from everyone for a very good reason - it's perfect!
We can't wait to return someday.
