“Everything you need in a romantic getaway”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 February 2012

We have stayed at this B&B twice now, which is unheard of for myself and my partner. We have never stayed in the same B&B more than once because we love discovering new places and find that to be part of having a fun weekend away. However, we didn't think twice when we chose to come back to Niagrara-on-the-Lake. This B&B is so quiet, cozy and provided everything we needed from accomodation. It is located only a few minutes walk away from the main street of the od town, the room was spacious and extremely clean, and the outdoor hot tub was a great addition for having a glass of wine at the end of a great day. Cathy was very accomodating of food allergies when preparing breakfast for us and her husband even brushed the snow off our car in the morning after a big snowfall! They are lovely hosts and we would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable and romantic place to stay! You won't regret it :)

“Awesome Adventure!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 January 2012

Everything about our stay was wonder! The room was clean and the bathtub with the jets was amazing! Unfortunately we didn't end up using the hottub, however, plastic glasses are provided to enjoy that perfect glass of wine in the hottub. Bikes are also provided, however, we arrived the same day as a significant snowstorm :(
Breakfast was AMAZING! Starts off with warm muffins, then fruit, which was melon and berries both days (perfect as melon is my favourite morning-after food!), followed by a warm main, we has baked apple pancakes and quiche.
The B&B is super close to downtown and the restaurants and shops! He Hostess was amazing, even offering to try and make us reservations at a popular nearby restaurant when our biking plans fell through.
I would stay here again for sure!

“Very Quaint”

My wife and I enjoyed the very clean, comfortable room and the excellent breakfast. It was a very convenient location for the Ice Wine Festival. We had a great time.

“Wonderful Stay - Great Amenities”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 January 2012

A cozy B&B right in the old town. This is not the first time we have stayed here and we were looking for an after Christmas get away. This is a great location. We wanted to use the B&B's bikes along the parkway, but the weather turned cold and snowy. Instead, we were able to spend time under the clear, cold skies in the outside hot tub! What a bonus.

The room (the Oak Leaf Room) was large and very clean and we felt right at home. Easy to get to and the parking was provided. Once we were in town, we did not have to drive. We will come back for yet another stay.

“Lovely”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 January 2012

My wife and I were looking for a pre-Christmas romantic getaway, and this place was perfect. Located in a beautiful historic town, a quick drive from the (much glitzier) Falls. The main strip of town is a quick walk away, and so is the shore. The B&B itself was cozy, with a comfortable, tasteful, clean room and a really terrific outdoor hot tub. It was an amazing place to unwind after a stressful month. The hostess, Cathy, was friendly and personable (but never intrusive), and she cooked up a fantastic breakfast. This is as excellent a B&B as I've been to. Exactly what we'd hoped for.
