This time we brought my sister and brother-in-law so that we could double-celebrate our anniversaries and the Manor was perfect for such celebrations! All four rooms were booked for the weekend which made for great conversations over breakfast or sitting outside on the front porch. There is no "official" sitting room in the Manor; however, we used the breakfast room to play games and relax.

The Kilpatrick Manor is a small, tucked away B&B off the beaten path; however, close enough to downtown Niagara Falls to enjoy the activities/events the city has to offer. My husband and I are always torn between the many Niagara Falls attractions and just staying in our comfortable room at the B&B. By far, the Kilpatrick Manor has the BEST bed (from anywhere that I have ever stayed); and yes, as others have reviewed-- the beds are a bit high but worth the jump into them!

This beautiful gem is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Niagra. It is beautifully decorated, state of the art bathrooms, dreamy mattresses and exceptional quiet for the weary traveler. Kevin is a trained chef and prepared two delicious breakfast meals for us, as he also entertained us with stories and history of the area. The B&B is very, very clean and fresh looking for a older home. It is a couple of miles from the hectic Falls area, but within walking distance of the Canadian People-Movers that takes you everywhere. We will certainly be back. Thank you Kevin and Nance for an exceptional stay.

Kilpatrick Manor is by far the best B&B in Niagara Falls. I am always on a quest to find excellent bed and breakfasts during my frequent travels. This one is on the top of my list. It has comfy beds and beautiful décor. Not to mention the professionalism of the owners. My breakfast was a meal I will never forget (shrimp and eggs thermador). Melt in your mouth delicious! My stay was very memorable and I plan on returning with friends in the new future.

This was our second visit to this absolutely perfect bed and breakfast 2 years ago for our 1 yr aniversary on January 3rd and then again this yr for our aniversary. The food was phenominal and everything was just perfect world class destination with a world class chef.
