this was one of the cheapest places i could find in the falls area. nothing impressive. but you get what you paid for. keep in mind that there was like 1 channel on tv and it was very fuzzy. we could care less for the tv. just needed a place to crash for the nigh. dont expect 5 star treatment in 1 start hotel lol

We stayed at the Fallsview Inn in Sept. 2010. It was a Sat. night and Niagara Falls had a baseball tournament so all the hotels were pretty full. The motel is dated, but clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. You have to pay $10. for parking, but it is worth it cause you can walk to the main areas. Parking is more expensive everywhere else. We were able to walk to the restaurants and bars. The rooms are sparsely decorated, but clean, we were comfortable. There is no cable, but we weren't in Niagara Falls to watch tv so it didn't matter. We did not get a chance to use the pool facilities, so I can't comment on them. We would stay again for a short trip.

This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We had reserved a room and had problems with checking in. Front desk staff was rude and not helpful at all! When we asked when the hotel restaurant and lounge opened we were told it was closed for the season, Clifton Hill was packed all weekend long!!! There was 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper in our room, when we opened the drawers to the dresser there was garbage and food crumbs in all of them, dust an inch thick on top of the tv stand, paper garbage on the table in the room, one washcloth in our bathroom, charge for local calls, and no cable (which there was supposed to be). Also, a $10 charge for outdoor parking... after we paid for parking at our own hotel, we had to pay for parking somewhere else because the tiny lot was full. The indoor "heated" pool was like ice, and the supposedly free wireless internet only worked in the hallway by the back door exit! Spend the extra $10-20 to stay somewhere else...anywhere else.

This place should be bulldosed to the ground!!!! The manager is a rude little man that looks like a trool!!! He's rude & extremely argumentative.The rooms are dark & gloomy, the ceiling tiles were falling down, they had a light in the ceiling where there had been a leak ( looked like a fire hazord to me), No water pressure in the shower, no cable T.V, you have to pay to park there, O & keep your shoes on the carpets are FILTHY!!!! I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the place is infested with bed bugs!!!
