We stayed for 1 night and rent the suite and a single room , the room was clean and looks nice for the price, just a few things that they should improve for better experience: TV remote, Internet , ( they said they offer wifi but i tryed all nigth to get connected and was not able to do it.
We didnt bring GPS so we needed internet to get maps and direction to explore around , the lady in the office offered to give us maps but all the directions and advices that she gave us were wrong.

They were very nice but looks like they dont know mucho about the bussines.

This place has gone completely downhill compared to when the previous owners owned it. The new owners are very rude people who do not even talk to the customers. On many circumstances, the service at the Oasis was very disappointing, considering i have been going to this place for many years and they don't even acknowledge that people are there. The whole trip, there was never room service in which was supposed to take place, the owners - on many accounts- shut the outside lights off when we were still outside talking at night (very quietly). The owners also rushed to clean up the rooms, while we were still packing up to leave - they were in no hurry to clean the rooms when we were in them but were very ambitious to have us leave. The rooms are very dirty, found other peoples belongings from previous trips in the rooms. Family friends of the owners came everyday to swim in the motel pool and therefore the pool was occupied and the customers were unable to swim. Not to mention every morning at 4 am all you could hear was a dog barking - this resulted in a loss of sleep. I highly recommend you do not go here, it wrecks your niagara falls experience. Terrible, terrible, terrible place.

The location is walking distance to the falls. No bed bugs!! Fit our two night stay just fine with very young children. I wouldn't mind to stay there again.

we stayed 1 night as we got in town a day earlier then expected. We were not willing to pay $200. for a room for 1 night, which is what every other hotel in town wanted for a Saturday night. We drove by and gave the Oasis a try. The exterior of the building looked good and recently refinished. The inside of the room was another story. Painted paneling which looked about to fall off the wall. Cracked tile in Bathroom It was old and dated but it was clean. The Air did pump out cool air but not enough to chill the air or eliminate old musty smell.
