This place has gone completely downhill compared to when the previous owners owned it. The new owners are very rude people who do not even talk to the customers. On many circumstances, the service at the Oasis was very disappointing, considering i have been going to this place for many years and they don't even acknowledge that people are there. The whole trip, there was never room service in which was supposed to take place, the owners - on many accounts- shut the outside lights off when we were still outside talking at night (very quietly). The owners also rushed to clean up the rooms, while we were still packing up to leave - they were in no hurry to clean the rooms when we were in them but were very ambitious to have us leave. The rooms are very dirty, found other peoples belongings from previous trips in the rooms. Family friends of the owners came everyday to swim in the motel pool and therefore the pool was occupied and the customers were unable to swim. Not to mention every morning at 4 am all you could hear was a dog barking - this resulted in a loss of sleep. I highly recommend you do not go here, it wrecks your niagara falls experience. Terrible, terrible, terrible place.
