Stayed here for a conference and family celebration over a 5 day period. Arrived early and was greeted in the most friendly way. Room wasn't ready but was assured that the room we had reserved had the best view and would be ready shortly and if we didn't want to wait then she would certainly try and find us another room ( we arrived at 2:00pm and check in is at 4:00pm) our room was ready within the hour and was well worth it. Absolutely gorgeous view of the falls! Room was lovely, fresh and spotless with lovely bathroom with separate shower and tub, loved it! nice shelf for cosmetic bags underneath counter so not to clutter sink area. We found the shower/hair soap dispensar in the shower stall very nice, scent was clean and fresh and absolutely lovely after going for a long walk around the falls. Bed was soft, crisp fresh sheets, white with ample pillows and even spare pillows in the closet. Loved the Keurig coffee maker with real creamers. Nice touch! We had a choice of tea, decaf and regular coffee and no shortage of refills. House keeping was exceptional and left us tons of towels and always asked if there was anything we wanted extra of. Towels were huge and soft! What really surprised me and I was so impressed with was the concierge service at this hotel. They always were smiling, engaging you in conversation and always offering to help you with your luggage and just seemed to jump at the chance to help anyway they could. We had tons of luggage becuase my husband had band equipment and they helped us all the way to the car and even loaded it for us. Casino buffet was great, quality food and fast service, staff even remembered us from last year's conference. Just a really grea experience overall and we look forward to going back. It is always a pleasure to deal with people that truly like what they do and it certainly shows at this resort.

went and got bed bugs. stay away! seriously.
we have 2 queen size beds in our room and stayed 2 nights. when we were packing up to leave, we noticed a bug on the other bed's pillow.. the hotel later confirmed there was bed bugs.
i think it should be something that is disclosed.
i am itchy and horrified that i may have tracked them home.

The Fallsview rooms were very clean and had a great view. Easy to get to and central to everything, lots of restaurants close by! Staff were friendly and helpful, will definitely be back.

Stayed there as a member of a conference in January. Hotel and rooms were nice but the food options were a bit off. Would not recommend the noodle bar.
