We had never been to Canada, let alone a bed and breakfast. We went with this bed and breakfast because the majority of the ones we chose, were booked. We are sure glad of that!!!!! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and my sister and her husband was celebrating their 35 anniversary. We were excited from the get go and Maria did not disappoint!! From the minute we arrived to the minute that we left, Maria made us feel welcome and very, very comfortable. We spent four days and three nights in Canada and when we left, we were already planning our next visit. We started our day sight seeing and ended it with the warmth and comfort of Maria's care. We always know we had a comfortable place to rest our head at night. The breakfasts that the reviews boasts did not disappoint; Maria's top concern was that we were fed enough and that we were satisfied with each and every breakfast. Each breakfast was better then the day before, and she made sure each one of us was extremely satisfied, and did not walk away the least bit hungry. The suggestions that were given by Maria did not disappoint either; we ate at the Newest Casino and also a fine dining, but moderately priced restaurant (to celebrate our Anniversaries) all at Maria's suggestion and we have to say~she was absolutely spot on~they were both greatly priced and delicious at the same time. Needless to say~We would certainly recommend Villa Alexandrea, as we are also in the midst of planning our own return to this wonderful B&B. If you want to be treated like you matter and are made to feel comfortable and cared about~Make sure you stay at the Villa Alexandrea~you certainly will not be disappointed and will also find yourself making plans for a return visit before you leave also. Don't go to the big hotels in Niagara falls stay in this really nice, very clean and very quiet accomendation. All places of interest are in a short walking distance and parking is free. The breakfast is really great, the host is very friendly and give good advice where to go and what to do. We enjoyed our stay there :)

Spent a night at the bed and breakfast in september. The BB is located 10 minutes walk from the falls. Excellent location. The room was clean and comfortable. In the morning we were served a very tasty fresh varm breakfast. If youre going to the falls dont stay at a boring hotel when you can get excellent value for your money at this BB. Dont miss out on Niagara by the falls, a small village 15 minutes by car from the BB. Very nice and easy to find a good restaurang.

This was our first time at a B&B and loved the experience. Maria is the best. She knows the area very well and helped make our stay worry free and comfortable. She made us feel as though we were staying with family rather than someone you would meet for the first time. The place is spotless and very neat yet very inviting. If you are looking for a place to stay that is really close to the falls, a wonderful breakfast, really nice accommodations...ie, comfortable bed, flat screen TV, private bath, WIFI, private entrance, very quiet area, and beautiful surroundings, then look no further than this lovely B&B.
