This has got to be the best Guest house you could ever hope to experience. The Innkeepers Gary and Michel are two outstanding hosts who go that extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfasts are beyond anything you could expect from any other guest house or hotel. Simply outstanding.

You arrive a stranger and leave having gained 2 new friends in Gary and Michel.

We were invited to a wedding in Niagara Falls. We had never met the bride or groom before; however, my boyfriend has been playing Ghost Recon on line with the groom for 8 + years.

We had the opportunity to meet the bride and groom along with their family members that were also staying at the McGrail B & B.
We had such a great time and enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere and the beautiful accomodations and decor that the McGrail B & B offers.

We felt as though Gary and Michel were part of the bride and grooms family because they helped arrange and plan a fantastic wedding for them.

Breakfast was available to everyone and it was fantastic. One of the evenings they planned a nice dinner for all of us that was out of this world.

I cannot say enough great things that we experienced during our stay. We laughed and laughed till our jaws ached because Gary and Michel are very fun loving and entertaining folks.

We would highly recommend the B & B because it will be an experience that you will cherish forever, as we will.

I cannot write highly enough about the McGrail Guesthouse, and its wonderful innkeepers Gary and Michel (Not Michael or Michelle...). We spent a lovely weekend with them, and will definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to stay in Niagara Falls Ontario. From the warm welcome, to delicious homemade breakfasts (Gary's french toast, and Michel's breakfast pizza and homemade belgian waffles are not to be missed), we couldn't have asked for more welcoming hosts. Michel's restaurant recommendation was perfect, and their information on the town, as well as Niagara-on-the-lake was invaluable. Nothing in Niagara Falls can top this - you will definitely feel the love! We will be back as soon as possible.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at McGrail Guesthouse bed & breakfast. We have never been to a bed & breakfast before and since we wanted to stay a night at Niagara Falls and being shocked at the price of some hotel rooms we decided we would try a bed & breakfast. The owners Gary & Michel welcomed us at the door with such warmth we thought we were with family. We were provided with sanitized slippers and given a "tour" of the house. The rooms are all well appointed and named, ie. "Laura Secord"," Amish Suite " etc. The most awesome room they have is called "The Honeymoon Suite" and was truly remarkable with fireplace and ensuite jacuzzi. All of the rooms appeared to have jacuzzi tubs and were immaculate.This property is well within walking distance of all Niagara Falls attractions and with included parking we soon found out the location of " McGrail" was an excellent choice. The guests can "help themselves" to an adequately stocked fridge outside the rooms with various drinks etc.A very memorable experience was sitting in the back yard patio by a wonderful "wood burning" fireplace with a drink and conversation with co-owner Michel Hammond who gave us a well informed history of the area etc. There is no curfew at McGrail Guesthouse so we went for a romantic walk around the "falls" and attractions returning at 3:30 am. To finish off our stay we awoke to the smell of fresh coffee brewing soon followed by chef Michel's awesome culinary delightful breakfast.We were totally delighted with our stay that we will be recommending "McGrail" to family & friends and will definately be returning again soon. We feel we have made friends with Gary & Michel and welcome them to our "extended family" of friends we have made on our journey through life.
