I made a reservation through www.canvisit.com. After reading all of these reviews, I was bragging to my friends about the great little B&B I'd be staying in during my trip! 5 days later, I get an email from the owners about a 'glitch' in the computer system -- they canceled my reservation because they are out of town during my stay!

George says its the most relaxing place i have ever been. The food, music, atmosphere are the best. Many returned visits and enjoy every themed room. You must make it your place to stay in Niagara Falls. George

The McGrail Guesthouse rates high in all our criteria for judging a B&B establishment:
•Location: Surprisingly quite neighborhood right at the top of the street with a variety of restaurants all those wax museums and movie theaters, seven minutes to the Bridal Veil Falls (If one walks slowly). Actually one does not need a car when staying with this B&B; you can get to Niagara by Gray Hound bus from Toronto and walk to the guest house.
•Cleanliness and look: The owners, Gary and Michel both love their home: they renovated it themselves, did a very professional job and they keep it very clean and beautifully decorated (Michel collects Teddy Bears and Gary collect coffee makers)
•The B&B: Bed is very comfortable and Breakfast is hearty and tasty. (There was also tea, coffee and cakes when we arrived and handmade chocolate next to our bed)
•Meeting interesting people: there are at least three rooms at The McGrail Guesthouse, good chance to meat more guests, and of course there are the owners who are so very friendly.

•Other's opinions: Well, right now they are on the 3rd place at the Trip Adviser list and the reviews are all very positive
•Last but not least: Cost… Very reasonably priced, especially if you compare the cost to other establishments in Niagara on the Falls

There is no other place to stay when you visit Niagara other than the McGrail Guesthouse. This B&B is truly a treasure. Michel and Gary are wonderful hosts and the breakfasts are first class. This place is a home away from home. We´ll be back.
