Our last stay with Sarah and Jolly was on October 14, 2011 and checked out on the 17; our 5th visit - This is our favorite little hideaway from everyone the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in the Jacuzzi room; we made a few request regarding the room and Sarah didn't hesitated to make the changes- When we got there everything was set up as requested; she's awsome I tell you and such a sweetheart to us; She always rolls out the red carpet when we go to her motel; it just amazes me sometimes to see all the bad reviews on here about this motel.

Remember everyone its a MOTEL, bottom line if you want the Ritz Carleton them by all means go there but don't go to a humble little motel where the owners bent over back wards to make you comfortable then come online and bash them. That is just not fair, everyone is trying their hand at something in this world, the good reviews on here are not a business booster its the excellent service that we all received - In the future you may also want someone to write a good review about your business.

How would you feel if someone does this to your business. Bottom line which motel, hotel etc offers:
Fee long distance phone calls
Fridge, Stove, microwave etc
free ride to the falls/across the border if you want and its convenient for Sarah.
BBQ - Summer
most favours within reason.
Etc, etc, etc.
We will always go to The Niagara Parkway Court no matter how bad the reviews are on here because we know the service that they offer and nothing anyone say on here that's bad will discourage us from spending another night there. Keep up the good work guys, hopefully see you ending of January beginning of February. Happy New Year!

I was driving by and needed a place to stay, i came across this motel and thought id check for any vacancies. Jolly was the most friendliest man ever!!! I got a great deal and a beautiful room for an amazing price.

We love the friendly people and the great service at the hotel
Theroom was spacious clean and always had lots of hot water and our expectations were certainly met.
We are impressed with how hard Sarah maintains and then she makes our vacation enjoyable.
The front desk was veryl was very helpful in making arrangements for our travel.
The hotelis only 5 minutes from the falls which is great.
There is lots to do and see!

This is a nice family-owned and operated motel in a quiet residential area. The beds are comfortable. The room is clean and fresh. Free phone calls to anywhere in Canada. Every effort was made by Sara and Jolly to make our stay perfect The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave and a fridge/freezer. A full-sized tabletop coffee machine, dishes and utensils, as well as a toaster. Three-piece bathroom. Within walking distance of above-average restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket. Five-minute drive to Marineland. Ten minutes to downtown Niagara Falls.
