We stayed at this motel July 9 th 2011 there was three couples and we had a blast this place was very clean ,,Very friendly people the owners went out of there way to make sure we were enjoying our stay , made sure we knew where everything was gave us a map for the falls, Not a far drive to the Falls about 7 to 10 mins , The only thing I would like to see change is the pool only stays open till 9pm I would like to see it stay open till 11pm thats give everyone a chance to go out in the day and come back for a night swim .. other then that I would highly recommed this place and I will keep going back from year to year Thanks Advantage Inn you are Great People P.Becker

The Advantage Inn was priced right. The rooms could use a bit of updating; other than that quite comfy. The owners and staff were very friendly and knowledgable of the Niagara Falls Tourist areas. There is an outdoor pool and a children play area. (the weather did not cooperate to use the pool), also two gas grills and picnic tables for guests to use. Only had one small problem; the hot water was not as hot as I would have liked when taking a shower, but from a legal aspect I could understand; wouldn't want anyone burning themselves.or their children. It is about a 10 minute drive to the Falls and Clifton Hill area and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the Inn. Good deal for the price over all.
FYI: The taxes in Ontario add up to 18 or 19% on all purchases. I as a US citizen was not used to that; felt like I was getting ripped off.

This site gave this motel very good ratings, we were shocked at what we got.

The motel was further down from the hustle and bustle of the Niagra area. The price was also decent, we figured out later that it was too good to be true.

The owners were nice (at first), the room was not. We received a room with a king-sized bed. It was very stiff and bowed in the middle. The bed was not comfortable to sleep on and it smelled moldy inside. The air conditioner was so loud, when it would kick on, it sounded like a car exhaust backfiring. Also by the air conditioner, there was a hole in the floor that was covered up by carpet.

When we talked to the owner, he informed us that he could not move us to another room. We asked for a refund and were told that it was non-refundable. We were only there for a night, and spent most of our time in Niagra, so we just dealt with the horrible bed, got bad sleep and rested at our next hotel.

We stay in hotel in July 2010. Ordered 3 rooms with King bed and NONSMOKING rooms. Nobody from our company smoke and we ordered this hotel only because reservation was with NONSMOKING ROOMS, but upon our arrival we got just 3 SMOKING ROOM with smell. The Hotel very poor where stay so many drunk teens and people.
Very noise rooms at night.. I can't to understand from where the heavy sound but at morning I understood that this sound was in each room. We can't sleep whole night.
