My wife and I stayed here for two nights room was very clean and spacious. Only 10 minute walk to falls and clifton hill. Price was great, staff was amazing. Thanks to Jullinn for the warm welcome also Carol in the a.m and to Dave for keeping everything quiet at night. Thanks Dave for the VIP parking for my dodge. Housekeeping was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I will definitely return to Kings Inn when visting Niagara Falls.

This place was very nice and the gentle man at the front desk was soooooooo sweet. I will be back for another stay. Wasn't in the room too long just to sleep

Nice, clean room. We stayed two nights. Very affordable. T.V has about 5 channels, but not a big deal to us. Can get noisy but all depends on who is staying overnight. Great location, minutes from casino and attractions. Second year in a row staying here and will most likely stay again. It's an 'Inn', not a 5 star hotel - you get what you pay for.

We picked this motel originally because of it's location and price. I wasn't expecting much as I wasn't in the mood to pay 300 dollars a night.
The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. The parking lot was full but there were enough spots for guests. Plus parking is free...a bonus in Niagara Falls!
The hotel is located just far enough away from Clifton Hill that you don't get all the noise (just a little) and is about a 5-10 minue walk right down to the heart of all the action!
The room was clean, towels and sheets were clean. There is a heated outdoor pool that was in great shape but we didn't not use it.
There is a coffee maker in the room and a bar type fridge if you wanted to bring drinks/food.
I would recommend this place to people who aren't looking to spend a lot of time in the motel but more time out and about at the attractions.
