My husband and I stayed here in June of 2006. The motel was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was nice, they had muffins and cold cereal with juice or coffee. Everything seemed fresh, the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I recommend the brochures they have in the lobby they have great discounts and coupons for almost everything from the restaurants to the attractions. Everything was within one mille so we walked most of the time to all the attractions.The motel was really nice we rented a jacuzzi hot tub with king bed and had a great time, however they don't mention in the add that Canada has a 15% sales tax! On everything from the motel to restaurants it can be quite expensive to eat out. I recommend looking around for the best deal. If you want to buy any souvenirs don't do it any where near the falls everything close to them is almost 3 times as much, the souvenir shops closer to the casino's are much cheaper with practically the exact same items. If your American you might want to know that the restaurant's service is much slower than in the states we were in Canada for 4 days and at EVERY restaurant we went to after we ordered our food there was at least a 30 minute wait until we recieved our food.

I have stayed here probably close to 10 times since the drive up from Pittsburgh is so easy. Very accessible from the QEW. Very cheap rooms, clean, basic. Friendly staff and free parking. They offer good packages (jacuzzi/casino/etc) so keep your eyes peeled. The best thing - it is about a 3 minute walk across the street to Casino Niagara. Very close to Clifton Hill without all the noise and people.

We loved our stay at the Inn by the Falls. We had a jacuzzi room, and it was perfect! The room (and jacuzzi) were very clean (although we were next to the maintenance closet, but you couldn't tell).

The look of the hotel was very cute--pink walls, flower boxes--nicely done, but not over the top at all. It screams "friendly".

The staff was SOOOOO nice! They brought us extra pillows, called us a cab, and were overall very friendly and helpful.

Although it was too cool for the pool on our trip, the pool is very quaint and cute...would be relaxing in warm weather.

The walk to Clifton Hill and the falls is not bad at all...lots to see along the way. Good location!

We loved our stay here and would do it again (we even got engaged on the Maid of the Mist!) Enjoy your trip!

They were extremely friendly....Adam especially. He managed to get me to the inn from the Peace Bridge, not having the slightest clue where I was going. He was so nice, telling me if I needed any help or further directions to call back. And he kept the person I was meeting there so I wouldn't have to go looking for him. Thanks alot!!!
