They were extremely friendly....Adam especially. He managed to get me to the inn from the Peace Bridge, not having the slightest clue where I was going. He was so nice, telling me if I needed any help or further directions to call back. And he kept the person I was meeting there so I wouldn't have to go looking for him. Thanks alot!!!

Our stay was excellent. We rented a jacuzzi room. It was so cool! The mirrors and heart-shaped jacuzzi definately made the room more romantic. It was very clean, comfortable, and affordable. I would definately recommend this hotel to anybody!

I will be staying again in April, 2006...I can't wait! We'll be getting a room with 2 double beds this time because I'm taking my little brother. :)

Had an enjoyable time. Room was very clean and jacuzzi was spotless! Free continental breakfast could have had more choices, but it was adequate. Breakfast room was cheery and clean. Our one wish was that for folks like us who have a hard time walking....that we could have been given a choice of transportation to the casino. Even though it was close it seemed far to my aching knees.

we atayed at the inn by the falls from 7/31 till 8/4/05. it was very clean and well kept. the staff was increidably nice and very helpfull. given the fact that they get ask the same questions a million times a week, they all treated us like it was the first time they were ever asked " where are the falls" the hotel was quiet, no booze parties or noncence. they don't put up with that sort of thing. the motel is a short walk from the falls and all the main attractions. they have some good packages you can purchase as well. they have a very nice pool. all in all, the inn by the falls and there staff made our stay in niagara falls a memorable experience. and oh yes, if your going in the summer, niagara can get hot. it was in the 90's the week we were there. the inn has great air in the rooms. if you don't think thats important, try a motel with air that don't work very well. because of the staff, we were able to enjoy all that niagara falls had to offer knowing we would return to a clean, safe and quiet room. get a good nights sleep and wake rested and ready for the next days activities.
