This was a motel that met all our needs. It was clean, quiet, affordable, the owners were helpful, and relatively close to the Falls (about 10 mins away). We had a typical motel room with a full kitchen. The room could use some updating but I was just happy that it was clean. I loved the fact that we had free wifi access in our room, free calls in Canada and to the US. Which was great 'cause the kids could call their grandparents in the US and I don't have to worry about roaming charges to my cellphone. The beds were okay, not the most comfortable. But our bodies are spoiled by being use to sleep on a Tempurpedic. The children playground area could use some curb appeal. Looks a bit run down. The outdoor heated pool was clean, never felt crowded, and the kids loved swimming in it daily. This place was convient to many sight-seeing attractions, resturants and stores (wal-mart, no-frills supermarket, shopping outlet). The kitchen had the minimal cooking supplies with pots and pans. They didn't have an oven pan. So I bought one at wal-mart and left it there to add to their collection. Just incase other future guests run into the same problem as I did. The contiental breakfast was left a lot to be desired. But since we had a kitchen, we made our own breakfast. When we decide to come up to Niagara Falls next time, I would definately consider returning back to this motel. If you are coming from the US to Canada to this motel, I would cross the Peace Bridge instead of the Rainbow Bridge. The custom boarder line is shorter on the Peace Bridge.
