“Don't bother!”

I bought an online "deal" for $65 a night here that was to include a 2-for-1 pass for Bird Kingdom and 3 x $10 cards to Outback, East Side Mario's, and Dave & Busters. When my husband and I checked in, oh, also another $10 charge for parking! Not nice. And the so-called gift cards were "save ten dollars when you spend thirty". False advertising. We upgraded to a King size bed with a 2 person tub. The hallway was FILTHY, had a humongous leak all down the corner of a wall and onto the floor and smelled of feces (literally like someone was standing and farting in the hall constantly). There were hairs in the tub and when I tried to just wash the tub out, it didn't want to drain. Whoever installed the tiles and grout in the bathroom should be fired. The bed was comfortable, thankfully no hairs (my pet peeve), the WiFi was patchy, the TV's closed captioning didn't work, and it was rather cold in the room, and I'm always overheated. No view whatsoever, but I didn't really book the room for a great view (a wall and gravel rooftop). Acoustics were awful, I was awakened at 4am by the people above us who weren't being loud, just walking around and talking normally, but it echoed and sounded really noisy. We could also hear a couple across the hall and down a few rooms very clearly having sex, and they weren't being super loud, either. The free breakfast was pretty decent for a continental... I had OJ, toaster pancakes, bananas and a gluey "muffin". My husband had Froot Loops, AJ, fresh waffles with gross syrup, and another gluey "muffin". It was okay, but nothing I'd write home about.
I'm most annoyed that the "deal" for this hotel was "$150" value for $65... it was nothing of the sort. If I wanted to spend over $100 at the restaurants so I could use the "coupons", then perhaps I would have saved money in the long run, but I have no intention of eating at iHop, Outback, ESM, and Dave & Busters within 24 hours.
Staff were friendly enough, I guess, nothing special. Located centrally close to a lot of things, within walking distance.
I won't go back, and I was APPALLED at the filth in the hallway and the ridiculous leak and bulging walls from water damage.

Room Tip: Be prepared to play musical rooms to find one that's clean and warm.

I stayed at this hotel with two of my best-friends and we really enjoyed it. The hallway wasn't that pretty but our hotel room was gorgeous despite the fact that the view was a brick wall! We stayed on the 3rd floor and it had an ice maker in the hall way which was very convenient. The room we stayed in was the one with two king beds (very spacious and one bed can fit three people) . It came with a fire place but after a few hours of being there, fire place stopped working but that was fine because there was a heater and one of the staff was happy to help us change rooms but we were too lazy so we stayed. It also had a TV, and a mini black fridge. The price they charged for the room was well worth it. Check in I believe was at 3PM but we got there earlier and they let us in our room early which was awesome and check out was at 11AM but they let us check out at 12PM with no extra charge. The hotel had continental breakfast but it wasn't that great but there's have a Denny's literally across the street and AlMacs Buffet to the left about a 5 minute walk which was like $6.99 a person. Downstairs, there's also a Wild Wings connected to the hotel and a TGI-Friday's beside it. There's a sauna, jacuzzi, pool and also a gym. The area this hotel is in is very convenient because everything is so close by/walking distance. Overall, my experience was great! I would definitely stay at the Baymont again.

Room Tip: Room 302 is clean, spacious, and gorgeous.

“PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. KEEP YOUR BABIES SAFE AND AWAY FROM MOLD”

I bought a deal from teambuy and I thought this was going to be a wonderful weekend but I was wrong, this is the WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN. It is so disgusting that as soon as I went in the room I was ready to leave but unfortunately I was with my 2 babies and I did not want to come back to Kitchener in the middle of the night or waste my money. The rooms are so dirty, the towels are perfect to clean the floor and the bathrooms even have mold.....the only think I know is if I get any skin infection I will contact you guys as soon as possible. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD, ALREADY CONTACTED TEAMBUY AND WILL LET ALL MY FRIENDS SO THEY DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

THE BREAKFAST WAS ALSO DISGUSTING AND FOR SURE WAS NOT DELUXE BREAKFAST

“False Advertising”

I recently stayed at this hotel with three girlfriends for a fun Girls week-end (Jan 2012). We choose the Baymont Inn & Suites in Niagara Falls because it was a Dealgetters deal for $65 per/night. The ad said "New Deluxe Guestroom" and "Free Deluxe COntinental Breakfast" , they also offered vouchers to restaurants and attractions.

Well the 1st "New Deluxe Guestroom" room was filthy and definitely not new, the closet door almost fell on top of me when I went to open it, the toilet hadn't seen a good cleaning in weeks and the bed had lumpy polyester comforters - yuck! Needless to say we didn't stay in that room. The 2nd room wasn't much better but atleast the closet door stayed on the hinges! Oh and the hallway was filthy, cold and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days.

They charged us $15 extra per person, which was not mentioned in the ad, and they charged a $10 parking overnight fee which was also not disclosed in the ad. Just Shady! The "Free Deluxe Continental Breakfast" consisted of cereal, wonderbread, frozen waffles & pancakes (with ice from the freezer on them) and some day old nasty muffins! Pathetic!

When I asked to speak to the manager he was conveniently not in, so I called when we got back home. After explaining our displeasure with the hotel and the service he magnanimously replied with "Sorry I'm not going to refund any money. Thanks for caling"...When I asked why we didn't get the "New Deluxe Room" that was advertised he said that "The rooms are new..they were renovated two years ago!" Yup Ladies and Gents that was all I got "Sorry". Sooooo needless to say here I am for the first ime writing a review...all be it a bad one!

Listen if your drunk and need a place to crash by all means bring your hooker back to this hotel. But if you're looking for a nice place to get away and relax I wouldn't recommend this joint!
